The shabby hotel room where everything changed

On April 19th, 2009, I was sitting in a
shabby hotel conference room in an
Earls Court hotel in London.

It was the last day of a 3-day seminar
where I had paid £3,500 to attend.

I was one of 70 people taking part. It was
not comfortable at all. The speaker had
squashed all of our seats together in such
a big room, like flying economy on United Airlines.

Apparently some psychological gain,
he mumbled at the start. I don’t believe it.


I’ll always be grateful for that fateful day
where I learned a powerful concept called
“lead flow” that revolutionized the way
I thought about business forever.

That was a serious turning point.

Theoretically, I knew all of the stuff. But it
had never hit me in my gut like it did that day.

Lead flow essentially is the process by
which you take a user on a journey through
your website + your business, to give them
the total transformation they deserve.

It is based on four key stages:

1. Lead generation – finding your ideal buyers,
reaching out to your audience, and drawing
them to your website.

2. Lead capture – enticing your visitor
to become a part of your community

3. Lead nurturing – building a value-add
relationship with your potential buyers,
getting them to engage

4. Lead conversion – turning a prospect to
a buyer of your programs or services

Here’s the thing:

If you’ve got programs, products, trainings
or services that you’re selling, or you’re a
coach, consultant, author, trainer, or a
service provider…

… and you don’t have your lead flow setup,
working automatically on your behalf, to
convert prospects into buyers daily, you’re
losing a LOT of money.

(Money that’s essentially yours to receive…)

Most people do this on an “ad-hoc” basis.

Which really means that they’re willing to put
their life, career and earnings on an “ad-hoc” basis.

I’m in this for the long-run.

I can choose to make it as easy or as difficult
as possible. As calming and guaranteed,
or as risky as a gamble.

The only way to make certain a lot of sales
and to guarantee you sell your programs,
trainings and services… is to automate the
entire lead flow process in your business.

I call it an “automated selling system”.

What I have just shared is really ALL there is
to business. Yet most people miss it, because it
seems too simple.

Of course – you can study all of this stuff by
reading books + going to seminars but it never
gets personal to your business, and you’ll
never really learn the technology required to
automate this in your business.

The ONLY way is to find someone who knows
about all of this inside-out and get them to peek
into your business and tell you exactly what to do.

I’ve made the grave and disgusting mistake in the
past of putting other investments before this one
(I’ll NEVER do that again…) because the returns
are seriously massive if you apply what you get.

I have guided many people to create “automated
selling systems” and many of them are now turning
over tens of thousands of dollars each month,
working very little in their business.

Lead flow is a *magical* concept if you make it happen.
