Meet Kavit Haria, a serial entrepreneur.

From a young age, Kavit started to learn how to play the Tabla (a North Indian percussion instrument). When he started to perform, he encountered many obstacles. After many struggles to take an Eastern instrument to the West, he found a mentor and soon after found success.  Within a few years, he had toured many areas of the UK, several countries around the world, featured on a number of albums and had a collaboration list of some of the biggest names in UK music.

Soon after, many of his musician friends started wanting to know how he was achieving these goals and what strategies he was using. Kavit found time to sit with them and explain, but shortly after realised that he was spending a lot of time “coaching”, not earning enough money and left without any time.

He stopped coaching altogether on a one-to-one setting and discovered the world of information marketing. He created mini-reports on specific topics such as ‘How to get more gigs’ and ’49 ways to promote your music online’ from what he’d mastered and he started to offer these online for download.

Soon after, Kavit’s first company Insider Music Business was formed and the start of what became his internet lifestyle. Insider Music Business grew and grew, attracting tens of thousands of musicians to the website in the next four years. Kavit grew his mailing list and started to offer educational programs in the form of DVDs, CDs, eBooks, coaching and membership programs.

Then came another problem. Although he had taken his passion and ideas and was successfully sharing and changing the lives of musicians all over the world, he was spending 14-16 hours each day consumed on the Internet, building websites, creating content and driving traffic. Time was nowhere to be found, and something had to give.

That’s when he discovered outsourcing. Kavit started to build a team of outsourcers from his first assistant to today, where he has over 12 people that he calls on to help him manage the activities of the business.

Around the same time, in 2006, Kavit found a new passion: natural and healthy living. Using the inspiration from reading blogs and books on these topics, Kavit’s new website was born: Wellness-Junction.com. He wrote on this blog consistently for five months. As the music business grew, time was not found to continue writing and he didn’t touch this website for five years. In early 2012, having looked at the Google Analytics and web trends, Kavit found that he had consistently, month after month generated over 25,000 visitors. With a team in place and a new web strategy, this website is growing rapidly so watch this space.

In 2008, Kavit started to speak at national conferences and internet marketing events around the UK including the Traffic Generation Summit and Internet Wealth Event sharing his strategies, learnings and philosophies for creating success on the web. In the same year, Kavit was approached by several companies who paid high sums to offer his advice and guidance on internet marketing.

In 2009, Kavit founded Insider Workshops (now known as Insider Internet Success). Through personalised hands-on coaching programs, he works with motivated individuals who want to start, grow and profit from online businesses as well as small businesses that want to attract new sales and clients.

His popular coaching programs, Social Media Immersion and 6 Weeks to $1,000 are both made available each year at least once. As these are delivered by Kavit and his team, the programs are closed when class is in session.
