Hi this is Kavit Haria, welcome to www.InsiderInternetSuccess.com
This week’s question comes from Janet and she asks a questions that says:
How much content should I really be creating on my blog?
Now we create something, we offer a service called Content Traffic System. The Content Traffic System is essentially provides a business with a service that helps them master their content and upload content for them on a regular basis. Fresh content to help them increase their rankings and drive more leads to their website.
Now, in that service specifically we produce 8 pieces of content on a monthly basis. So when Janet asks that question. How much content should I be creating for my blog, my response to that is two pieces of content per week for your blog, Anything less than that, it’s going to take a whole lot longer for you to really spend more time in getting yourself ranked.
So 2 pieces of content has been tested and proven to be the right method for about 500-600 words per article per week to improve your website.
Now, you can create more content if you want but it’s not about content, it’s about marketing. Content marketing is not about content it’s about marketing, and you should take every piece of content and really maximize the amount of marketing your doing.
So, create different variations of content of the same things. So, take the same article put it into a presentation, put into a video, put it into an MP3, share it on Twitter, not once but more than once, share it on Facebook again not once but more than once, keep doing some advertising, share it with your mailing list.
You’ve got to maximize every piece of content, otherwise what is the point of putting all that hard work and pouring your heart and soul into one piece of content and then moving on to the next? It’s not about content it’s about marketing.
So, two pieces of content a week to answer your question Janet, and everybody else who’s thinking How much content should I really get on my blog? And, do that consistently, do that regularly and you’re going to get some phenomenal results in the next 6-8 months if you do that without stopping.
So, hope that’s answered your question, thanks for the question, and I look forward to catching up with you soon.
Again if you found this useful, feel free to share it on social media and pass it along by email and I look forward to catching up with you very soon.
Speak to you soon.
